Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to visit St. Mary's College of Maryland. We appreciate having groups visit the College to get a true sense of the institution. To request a group campus visit, we ask that you please review and complete this form no later than 2 weeks before your requested visit date.
The optimal time to visit the College is during the College's academic school year; when you will see an "active" campus with students, staff, and faculty members. Visits to the College outside of the academic year (summer months and/or semester breaks) are discouraged. If a non-academic period would be the only time that a group could visit the College, a determination of the visit would be made by the Office of Admission and would be set up on a case-by-case basis. The Office of Admission can accommodate group visits on weekdays during the academic year. This will give you an excellent "snapshot" of the College with an admissions presentation, tour, lunch in our Great Room dining hall, and possible presentations with faculty or other College departments (i.e. Athletics, Student Life, Residence Life, etc.). Groups visiting the College can purchase lunch. The cost of lunch is $10.10 per person which is to be paid via check upon visiting. The Office of Admission will work with groups to arrange convenient visit start and end times on campus. The earliest preferred arrival time would be 10:00 AM, but we will work with groups who have to adjust these times due to circumstances at their high schools or organizations.Due to limited availability, we are unable to accomodate visits for elementary or middle schools at this time. We look forward to hearing from you!
