Current SMCM students who want to take a course at another institution for transfer credit evaluation can submit this form to see how the course(s) would transfer back to SMCM.
Submit only one form for each college/university per semester. If you plan to attend multiple colleges/universities or take courses in different semesters, please submit separate forms for each.
For out-of-state courses, please upload the course description and/or syllabus to help facilitate a more accurate evaluation.
NOTE: You can preview how courses will transfer to SMCM using the Transfer Evaluation System (TES), an interactive tool that lets you compare course descriptions and see classes that have previously been evaluated by our academic departments.
